摘  要:根据磁流变液在磁场作用下的可控可逆特性,在传统磁流变阀阀芯上缠绕三组励磁线圈,与阀体一起组成4个可变阻尼间隙,形成一种外侧圆环阻尼间隙多级调压型磁流变阀。采用ANSYS有限元仿真软件对多级调压型磁流变阀进行了磁场仿真,得出了磁力线分布和磁感应强度大小。基于仿真后处理数据对磁流变阀进行了结构优化,得出了该磁流变阀的最佳结构参数,并对结构优化前后阻尼间隙处的磁感应强度以及进出口阀压差进行了对比分析。相关优化设计方法和思路对磁流变阀设计具有一定的理论指导意义。According to the controllable and reversible characteristics of magnetorheological fluid under the effect of magnetic field,a multi-stage pressure regulating magnetorheological valve,with three coils on spool of valve and four outer ring variable damping gap formed with the body of valve,was proposed based on the traditional structure of magnetorheological valve.The electromagnetic simulation was carried out on the multi-stage pressure regulating magnetorheological valve by using ANSYS finite element simulation (FEM)software,and the distribution of magnetic field lines and magnetic flux density were obtained.Based on the post-processing da-ta of FEM simulation on the valve,the optimal structural parameter of the magnetorheological valve was optimized,and the optimal structure parameters of the magnetorheological valve were obtained.Furthermore,the optimized magnetic induction intensity of outer ring damping gap and pressure drop of inlet and outlet were compared and analyzed with the previous ones.The related optimization de-sign methods and ideas can provide some significant guidance to design the magnetorheological valve.
