摘 要:针对液压同步系统在偏载工况下同步精度与载荷不均衡之间的矛盾,提出运动同步控制和载荷均衡调节协调控制的思想,即在传统运动同步控制回路之外,专门设计载荷均衡调节回路调控系统压力以从根本上消除偏载影响。在此基础上设计了基于高速开关阀控蓄能器、基于比例阀控蓄能器、基于比例溢流阀、以及基于比例减压阀这4种可消除偏载影响的液压双缸同步举升系统,并对比分析了其结构组成和工作过程。该研究为偏载工况下实现较高同步精度的液压同步运动提供了新思路。Aimed at contradiction between the unbalanced load and synchronization precision of the hydraulic synchronization drive system under the working condition of bias load,the idea of coordinated control of synchronous motion control and load balance regulation is put forward.The idea is that a load balance regulation loop is specially designed to eliminate bias load effect besides the traditional synchronous motion control loop.Four kinds of hydraulic synchronous lifting systems capable of eliminating bias load effect with double-cylinder were designed especially besides the traditional synchronous motion control circuit based on accumulator controlled by high-speed on-off valve,accumulator controlled by proportional valve,proportional relief valve and proportional pressure reducing valve respectively,and then their form of structure and working principle were also compared with analysis.The study provides a new way for higher precision of hydraulic synchronous movement in the bias load conditions.
