摘　　要：采用自制硅烷封端聚氨酯预聚体、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)增塑剂、聚酰胺蜡触变剂、活性轻质碳酸钙填料为主要原料,制备了一种低模量单组分硅烷封端聚氨酯密封胶,并讨论了上述几种原料的用量对密封胶性能的影响,给出了该密封胶的最佳配方。The one-component silane-terminated polyurethane sealant with low modulus was prepared by using self-made polyurethane prepolymer as main material, diisononyl phthalate （DINP） as plasticizer, polyamide wax as thixotropic agent, and activated light calcium carbonate as filler. The effect of above materials on the property of polyurethane sealant was discussed and its optimum formula was obtained too.
