摘　　要：在医德构建面临多元文化挑战的背景下,医学生医德培养应以社会主义核心价值观为核心原点,从构建目标、医德内容、教育方式、时间维度四个方面入手,系统构建;以学生为本、培育共同价值观;注重制度建设和路径选择是医德系统构建的着力点。The construction of medical ethics system is an important task to cultivate the medical students. It＇s also a significant indicator and a key element to determine the students are successful or not. In the multicultural background, medical ethics system construction should take the socialist core value system as the original point, from target, content, time, education four dimensions to obtain systematically. Meanwhile, it＇s the main point to put the students first, to cultivate the common values and to focus on the institutional construction and the path choice.
