摘  要:目的:探讨眼镜蛇毒对成年大鼠脊神经节脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)和c-jun表达的影响。方法:大鼠24只随机分为正常对照组、生理盐水组和眼镜蛇毒组,每组8只。用免疫组织化学的方法,观察在各组大鼠脊神经节BDNF和c-jun的表达。结果:大鼠脊神经节BDNF和c-jun眼镜蛇毒组细胞平均灰度值低于正常对照组和生理盐水组(P<0.01),且阳性神经元眼镜蛇毒组多于正常对照组和生理盐水组(P<0.01)。结论:眼镜蛇毒能上调脊神经节BDNF和c-jun的表达,这种表达增加可能与脊神经节损伤的代偿性修复有关。Objective: To investigate the effects of Naja naja atra( N. naja,Chinese cobra) venom on the expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor( BDNF) and c-jun in spinal ganglion of adult rats. Methods: Twenty-four adults rats were randomized into control group,saline administration group and N. naja venom treatment group( n = 8 for each). Immunohistochemistry technique was used to detect the expression of BDNF and c-jun in spinal ganglion in each group of rats. Results: The mean gray value of BDNF and c-jun in spinal ganglion was significantly lower in N. najia treatment group than that of saline administration group and control group( P〈0. 01),and the number of BDNF and c-jun positive cells were also greater than the latter two group( P〈0. 01). Conclusion: N. naja venom can significantly increase the BDNF and c-jun expression in spinal ganglion of rats,and this mechanism may be associated with compensatory healing of spinal ganglion injury.
