摘  要:目的:初步探讨五步蛇咬伤后肢体肿胀与淋巴循环的关系。方法:复制蛇伤肿胀大鼠模型,记录肠系膜集合淋巴管的运动频率。行大鼠乳糜池插管获取淋巴液,经离心、超滤后,应用毛细管电泳对淋巴浆进行分析。结果:大鼠左后肢注射五步蛇毒30 min时明显肿胀,30 min后变化不明显,且大鼠在480 min内未死亡。与正常大鼠相比,模型组大鼠肠系膜集合淋巴管的运动频率显著降低(P<0.05),模型组淋巴浆中出现了多种活性组分。结论:五步蛇咬伤后,淋巴循环功能障碍且推动了蛇伤肿胀的发生发展。Objective: To conduct a preliminary investigation on the relationship between limb swelling and lymphatic circulation after injury by Agkistrodon acutus. Methods: Rat model of snakebite swelling was established and the exercise frequency of mesenteric collecting lymph vessel was recorded. The lymph fluid in rats was obtained via intubation of the cisterna chili,and examined with capillary zone electrophoresis( CZE) technique after centrifugation and ultrafiltration. Results: The left hind limbs of rats became significantly swollen at 30 min after injection of Agkistrodon acutus venom,yet the swelling didn't advance seriously beyond 30 min,and no death occurred within 480 min. Compared with the control group,the exercise frequency of mesenteric collecting lymph vessel appeared significantly decreased( P〈0. 05) and multiple lymphatic active substances were detected in model rats. Conclusion: The lymphatic circulatory dysfunction seems to have promoted the development of swelling after bite of Agkistrodon acutus.
