摘 要:目的:采用路径分析数学模型研究麻黄汤及不同配伍对磷酸组胺致豚鼠离体气管平滑肌收缩作用的影响,探索采用路径分析数学模型研究中药复方配伍的合理性。方法:采用均匀设计进行方中药味的剂量组合,以解痉率为观测指标,将方中药量与药效数据进行路径分析,描绘影响解痉作用的药物路径图。结果:对于麻黄汤复方所表现出的接触磷酸组胺致豚鼠离体气管的收缩作用方面,麻黄与桂枝的作用对于全方药效的贡献占主要因素,同时也体现出协同的作用。结论:路径分析模型能较好反应中药复方中药物间的配伍关系及药物间相互影响,是研究中药复方配伍的理想工具。Objective:Path analysis(PA)model was used as the mathematical tool to analyze Mahuangtang's efficacy of anti-contraction on isolated guinea pig tracheal smooth muscle,and further discussing the rationality of applying PA model to investigate the compatibility of Chinese herbal compound.Methods:Uniform design was used to obtain different dose combination of the compound,with antispasmodic percentage,PA model was applied to combine dosage and efficacy of the compound,and finally path diagram was illustrated to reflect the compatibility of the compound.Results:For the aspect of anti-contraction efficacy of Mahuangtang,Ephedra(Mahuang)and Cassia Twig(Guizhi)have played important roles,and showed synergistic effect.Conclusion:PA model reflected the relationship of different drugs and the efficacy of the compound effectively.It showed prospective in researching the compatibility of Chinese herbal compound.
