摘 要:以100μm聚酯(PET)无纺布为基材,聚砜(PS)为溶质,二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)为溶剂配置铸膜液,纯水做为凝固浴,用浸没沉淀相转法化法制备支撑层,并以界面聚合反应的方式制备了海水淡化反渗透膜.对所形成支撑层的结构、纯水通量、比表面积、孔容、平均孔径、海水淡化反渗透膜的压密性能以及压密前后的脱盐率和水通量进行测定及表征.结果表明,以PS为溶质,DMF为溶剂的铸膜液,制备的支撑层耐压密性好,适用于海水淡化反渗透膜的制备.In this study,porous support layer was prepared by immerse precipitation phase inversion method with polyester (PET) (100 μm) non-woven fabric as reinforced material,polysulfone (PS) as solute,dimethylformamide (DMF) and dimethylacetamide (DMAC) as solvents,pure water as coagulation bath,and the obtained porous support membrane was used to prepared seawater desalination reverse osmosis desalination membrane through interfacial polymerization technique.The morphological structure,pure water flux,specific surface area,pore volume,average pore size of the support layer,the compaction resistance of seawater desalination reverse osmosis membrane and and salt rejection and water flux of seawater desalination reverse osmosis membrane before and after compaction were measured and characterized.The results showed that compaction resistance of the support layer which was prepared using DMF as solvent was good and could be used for the preparation of seawater desalination reverse osmosis membrane.
