摘　　要：论述了当代石油化工与精细化工的发展概况和我国大力发展石油化工与加速发展精细化工的必要性 。The recent situations of petrochemical technology and fine chemicals as well as the necessity for developing domestic petrochemical technology and fine chemicals were reviewed. The suggestions for developing fine chemicals were also proposed in details.
