论太极拳的文化精神及意义

摘　　要：通过对太极拳所蕴含的"人与自身"、"人与他人"、"人与社会"、"人与民族"等人文精神进行分析,太极拳是中国传统文化的缩影,它的"旨在不战"与中国传统文化的"慎战论"以及中国推行"内圣外王"的治国之道、"和谐竞争"的共同发展、"修身克己"的文明国家、"刚健有为"的民族情怀有着相通之处。太极拳"旨在不战"的文化精神,是一种文化修养、道德的教化,是世界所接受"和谐"的价值理念,是树立民族"不贪婪"、"不战争"、"不屈服"的文化精神。The paper analyses the relation between people and himself, people and others, peop｜e and society, people and nationality included in the Taiji. As the representative of the Chinese traditional culture, the concept of advocation of no war of Wushu has something in common with the concept of cautious choice of war of Chinese traditional culture, the statecraft of saint in the nation and king in the world, the concept of harmonious competition, the concept of self control and the concept of being powerful and constructive. The cultural spirit of advocation of no war is a moral education and a value of harmony, which is the basis of the national spirit of no greedy, no war and no yielding.
