摘　　要：在农业高校科技产业核心竞争力的培育过程中,政府行为起着至关重要的作用。通过分析农业高校科技产业核心竞争力培育中政府行为的作用和方式,探索政府行为与农业高校科技产业核心竞争力之间的关系,并在此基础上提出提高农业高校科技产业核心竞争力的政策建议,以期促进政府行为作用的充分发挥,进而促进农业高校科技产业的健康发展。The government behavior plays an important role in the core competence development of the technology industries founded by agricultural universities. Through analyzing the function and mode of government behavior influence the core competence development of the technology industries,the relation between the government behavior and the core competence development was explored.On this basis ,some policy suggestions that improve core competence of the technology industries founded by agricultural universities were put forward ,in order to help bring the government behavior into full playing ,and promote the healthy development of technology industries founded by the agricultural universities.
