健康体检人群甲状腺结节检出率及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解健康人群甲状腺结节发生率及影响因素,为预防处理提供依据。方法:选取2012年8月-2013年6月来我院体检中心进行甲状腺彩超检查的3 279例健康体检人员为对象,通过卡方检验比较不同性别、年龄和职业人群甲状腺结节检出率的不同,分析甲状腺结节疾病的可能影响因素。结果:3 279例受检者中,检出甲状腺结节903例,总检出率27.54%,女性检出率明显高于男性(30.05%VS 23.81%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各年龄组检出率有明显差异,不同年龄组检出率在同一性别、同一职业人群中比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同职业的男性检出率比较也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:健康体检人群中甲状腺结节检出率较高,检出率与性别年龄关系密切,地域、职业与检出率有一定相关性,应在健康体检中普及甲状腺彩超检查项目。Objective ：To understand the prevalence of thyroid nodules in healthy people and influencing factors ,pro-vide the basis for the preventive treatment .Methods：August 2012 to June 2013 hospital medical center’s 3 279 cases of thyroid ultrasonography healthy people as objects ,by chi-square test to compare different genders ,ages and occupa-tions in the detection rate of thyroid nodules analysis of thyroid nodule disease may influence factors .Results：Of the 3279 people ,the detection of thyroid nodules 903 cases ,the total detection rate of 27 .54% ,the detection rate was sig-nificantly higher than males females （30 .05% VS 23 .81% ） ,the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0 .05）;each age group there are significant differences in the detection rate ,the detection rate of different age groups ,the same occupational groups for the same gender ,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0 .05）;different occupations detection rate in men also have significant difference （P〈0 .05） .Conclusion：Healthy people in a higher detection rate of thyroid nodules ,the detection rate is closely related to the age and gender ,geography ,occupation and there is a certain correlation between the detection rate ,thyroid ultrasonography should popularize the project in the physical examina-tion.
