摘 要:中石化南京金陵石化烷基苯厂需改造其轻石蜡油分离塔内件,欲采用新型垂直筛板替代其原有的F1浮阀塔盘。文中以石蜡为介质在西北大学多功能组合式塔器实验装置上进行了新型垂直筛板的板效率的标定,并在相同条件下与F1浮阀塔板进行了对比实验。实验采用全回流操作方式,塔顶塔釜取样气质联用(GC-MS)检测,通过PRO/Ⅱ模拟软件对结果进行处理得到不同塔盘的板效率。对比其结果,在文中实验条件下,新型垂直筛板的板效率比F1塔盘高16.7%。Sinopec Jinling Petrochemical Company Alkylbenzene Factory was required to transform their light paraffin column internals,and the new vertical sieve tray (New VST)was prepared to replace its original F1 valve trays.Using paraffin as medium hot model test in the multifunctional combined tower test device of Northwest University,the tray efficiency of New VST was determined.Meantime,F1 floating valve tray was studied for comparison under the same conditions.In total reflux operation,the samples from top and bottom were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS ).The efficiencies of different trays were calculated by PRO/Ⅱsimulation software.Compared with the results,the efficiency of New VST was 1 6.7% higher than that of F1 in this condition.
