从日本进境鸡爪槭中截获朱顶红短体线虫

摘　　要：浙江出入境检验检疫局技术中心植检实验室从日本邮寄进境的鸡爪槭盆栽中检出一种短体线虫,该群体多为幼虫、雌虫,雄虫未见;通过形态学和分子生物学鉴定,将其鉴定为朱顶红短体线虫Pratylenchus hippeastri。该线虫在国内尚未见分布报道,属于中国禁止进境的检疫性有害生物(短体线虫非中国种),是中国首次截获该线虫。One Pratylenchus population was collected in the roots and growing media of Acer plmatum imported from Japan by plant quarantine lab of Zhejiang entry-exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau,China. A rich community of female and larvae in this population were detected, but no male was found. Morphological and molecular identification confirmed that this population on Acer plmatum Thunb imported from Japan was Pratylenchus hippeastri.The distribution of P. hippeastri in China has not been reported; therefore it is quarantine nematode in China（ Pratylenchus non-Chinese species） which was firstly intercepted in China
