摘  要:针对BIM技术在中国建筑行业的应用和发展状况,从规划、设计、施工、维护管理4个方面探讨了BIM技术在中国城市地下空间开发中的应用,得出以下结论:运用BIM技术不仅可以从宏观和微观两方面论证规划方案的可行性,而且可以对比分析设计阶段不同的设计方案并进行精细深化设计、碰撞检测等工作,为后期的高质量施工提供保障;运用BIM技术还可以在施工前期进行施工方案预演、综合调整等工作,有效提高施工效率,节约成本。利用该技术所集成的建筑全生命周期所有信息,有助于建筑后期的维护管理工作,也能够为突发情况下的应急处理提供良好的应急措施。此外,初步分析了城市地下空间开发利用中运用BIM技术应当注意的信息安全问题。In view of the development and application of building information modeling ( BIM ) technology in con-struction industry in China,the applications of the BIM technology in the development and utilization of city under-ground space were discussed from the perspectives of planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance. It is concluded that by using the BIM technology,the feasibility of the planning scheme can be demonstrated from both macroscopic and microscopic perspectives,and different projects of different design schemes can be compared, thus promoting further design and collision detection,which can give a guarantee for later high-quality construction. By using the BIM technology in the early stage of the construction,construction simulation and comprehensive ad-justment can be carried out to improve construction efficiency and reduce costs. And the information in the life cy-cle of buildings integrated by BIM is beneficial to later maintenance, and provides appropriate solutions in case of emergency. In addition, a preliminary analysis of the information security issues related to the application of the BIM technology was provided.
