摘  要:为了研究地下空间的精细化设计,以北京市丰台科技园三期地下空间规划为例,详细探讨了精细化地下空间规划的设计要点。从如何促进地上、地下一体化发展的规划编制体系引出地下空间设计导则的编制,以城市设计导则的方法来研究城市地下公共空间,从人的角度和活动入手,为营造"近人尺度"的地下空间环境提出引导性建议,同时又从城市层面,深入研究地下公共空间与城市公共空间、城市广场、道路、绿地、城市市政工程及商业开发的关系,提出合理的刚性控制要求。在此基础上完成的地下空间设计导则被纳入控制性详细规划环节,成为地块出让规划条件的组成部分,初步构建了控规和地下空间设计导则共同控制地区建设的精细化编制体系,以期为建立成熟的城市立体化规划体系提供参考。To study the refinement design of the underground space,taking the third phase underground space plan-ning of Beijing Fengtai Science Park for example, the design points of the refinement planning of the underground space were discussed, and the preparation of the design guidelines of the underground urban public space is promo-ted by the planning system of the integrated development of the ground and underground space. From the perspec-tives of people and human activities,some recommendations put forward to create the underground space environ-ment with a "neighborscale". The relationships between the underground and urban public space, city squares, roads, green spaces, urban municipal engineering and business development were studied from the city level,and the reasonable rigid control requirements were proposed. On this basis, the completed underground space design guidelines were brought into the detail of the regulatory plan, and be came an integral part of the conditions of the land transfer. The regulatory plan and the underground space control regulations and design guidelines for the re-finement planning system were initially constructed, to establish a mature urban three-dimensional planning system.
