摘　　要：本文拟以问卷调查结合网上评价的方式,提高生态社区评价的参与度,及时调整评价体系,有效推进生态社区评价体系的健全与完善。为满足生态社区评价的实际需求,基于ArcGIS Server和.NET技术开发了满足网上进行生态社区评价需要的WebGIS型的管理信息系统,该系统平台包括地图管理、地图查询、地图输出、社区互动评价、用户留言、数据管理等功能模块,实现生态社区数据问卷、管理和评价的网络化与信息化,有效提高了居民的参与度,总体提升了生态社区建设的层次和水平。In order to improve the participation of evaluation, adjust evaluation system timely, and promote the work of sustainable community evaluation, this paper proposed that the sustainable community evaluation should combine the way of questionnaire and online evaluation. Thus, the sustainable community evaluation system based on WebGIS with ArcGIS Server and. NET was developed. The system provided the function modules including map management, map query, map output, community interaction evaluation, user messages and the data management, which could reach the implementation of networked sustainable community with questionnaire, management and evaluation, improve the participation of evaluation, and overall upgrade the ecological community construction level.
