摘　　要：目的:探讨以家庭为中心的护理干预对提高癫痫患儿治疗依从性的影响。方法:将80例癫痫患儿随机等分为对照组和干预组,两组患儿住院期间均采取常规的癫痫健康宣教,出院时对照组予以常规的门诊宣教,干预组即开始给予持续1年的以家庭为中心的护理干预,1年后比较两组患儿治疗依从性。结果:出院1年后干预组患儿治疗依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:患儿出院后采取以家庭为中心的护理干预能够有效地提高癫痫患儿的治疗依从性,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To discuss the effect of family-centered care intervention on improving the treatment compliance of children with epilepsy.Methods：Total 80 children with epilepsy were selected and randomly divided into control group and intervention group.We provided routine health education for epilepsy children during their hospitalization.After discharged,only routine outpatient nursing interventions were provided for control group,whereas intervention group received family-centered care intervention lasting for one year.Results：The treatment compliance of intervention group was higher than that of control group for one year later from discharged（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Family-centered care intervention is able to effectively improve the treatment compliance of children with epilepsy.
