摘 要:目的:对产科护理人力资源现状进行调查,并与相关职业紧张因素进行分析,探讨提高产科护理人员满意度和改善职业紧张的措施。方法:选取目前我院产科护理工作人员24名为研究对象,将近2年护理人员离职人数、职业满意度与其他科室进行比较,同时,探讨工作时间对职业紧张因素的影响。结果:产科护理人员的职业满意度较其他科室平均水平偏低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中工作时间和与职业紧张因素呈负相关。结论:产科护理人员的职业满意度较低,离职率较高,工作时间较长,且与职业紧张因素呈负相关性。Objective:To investigate the nursing human resources situation,and carries on the analysis and stress factors related to occupation,discuss the method to improve the obstetrical nursing staff satisfaction and improve the occupation stress factors.Methods:The nursing staff working in our hospital obstetrics 24 and nearly 2 years of turnover number and satisfaction and other departments were compared,and the influence of occupation stress of working time.Results:The obstetric nursing staff satisfaction was lower than other departments average level.The working time and occupation stress factors negatively correlated.Conclusion:Nursing staff satisfaction is low,and the turnover rate is higher,and longer working hours,and negatively correlated with occupation stress factors.
