住院精神病病人合并传染性疾病现状的调查分析

摘　　要：目的：了解精神病专科医院住院病人合并传染性疾病的基本情况,对传染病安全隐患提出防范措施。方法：对我院2011年1月～2013年12月收治的合并有传染性疾病的精神病病人的病历资料进行回顾性分析。结果：期间我院共收治精神病病人15 893例,合并有传染性疾病的病人366例,包括有病毒性肝炎189例,肺结核98例,梅毒42例,水痘17例,其他传染病20例。结论：精神病合并传染性疾病病人逐年增加,精神病专科门诊应加强收治病人传染病的排查,做好入院归口管理及传染病防治知识培训,提高护理人员职业安全与防范意识。Objective：To understand the basic situation of patients with infectious diseases in psychiatric hospital,put forward prevention measures for safety hidden danger of infectious disease.Methods：The merger in our hospital in January 2011-December 2013 were infected psychiatric patients medical records were analyzed retrospectively.Results：During the period were treated in our hospital psychiatric patients with 15 893 cases,366 cases of patients with infectious diseases,mainly of viral hepatitis in 189 cases,and 98 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis,42 cases of syphilis,17 cases of chicken pox,20 cases of other infectious diseases.Conclusion：Psychiatric patients with infectious diseases increased year by year,the psychiatric outpatient department should strengthen the investigation of infectious diseases hospital,do a good job of centralized management and infectious disease prevention and control knowledge training,improve the nursing personnel occupation safety awareness.
