子午流注针法治疗痛经疗效观察

摘　　要：目的通过观察子午流注针法治疗痛经的临床疗效,评价该方法对痛经患者的影响,从而为临床治疗此病提供一疗效确切的治疗方法。方法依据循证医学/DME原则,运用随机盲法,将106例痛经患者随机分为两组,以53例应用子午流注因时取穴针法治疗痛经为观察组,以另53例应用普通常规辨证论治针法治疗痛经为对照组。对子午流注因时取穴针法治疗痛经的有效性进行临床观察和评价。结果两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后VAS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后VAS评分比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用子午流注因时取穴针法治疗痛经临床疗效明显优于单纯使用普通针法。Objective To evaluate the effect of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture on dysmenorrhea patients and provide an effective method for the treatment of this disease,by observing the clinical efficacy of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture in treating dysmenorrhea.Method By adopting the evidence-based medicine or DME （design,measurement and evaluation） principle and randomized-blind method,106 dysmenorrhea patients were randomized into two groups.Fifty-three subjects in the observation group were intervened by midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture by selecting points based on the time,and the other 53 subjects in the control group were intervened by ordinary acupuncture based on syndrome differentiation.The effectiveness of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture in treating dysmenorrhea was observed and evaluated.Result The difference in comparing the therapeutic efficacy was statistically significant between the two groups （P＜0.05）; the Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） scores changed significantly in both groups after intervention （P＜0.05）; there was a significant difference in comparing VAS scores between the two groups after intervention （P＜0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture can produce a better therapeutic efficacy than ordinary acupuncture in treating dysmenorrhea.
