耳穴贴压防治乳腺癌化疗期呕吐疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察耳穴贴压防治乳腺癌化疗期恶心呕吐的临床疗效。方法将120例乳腺癌化疗期恶心呕吐患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,从化疗当天起分别应用耳穴贴压和盐酸昂丹司琼进行治疗。结果在控制化疗引起的恶心和呕吐方面,治疗组和对照组均有明显的疗效,但使用盐酸昂丹司琼,临床多出现便秘和疲倦等症状(P<0.01)。结论耳穴贴压防治乳腺癌化疗期恶心呕吐疗效可靠。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of auricular point sticking in preventing and treating vomiting due to chemotherapy for mammary cancer.Method A hundred and twenty patients with vomiting due to chemotherapy for mammary cancer were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,to respectively receive auricular point sticking or Ondansetron hydrochloride from the first day of chemotherapy.Result Regarding the control of nausea and vomiting due to chemotherapy,the treatment group and control group both showed significant efficacies,but there often happened constipation and fatigue after use of Ondansetron hydrochloride （P＜0.01）.Conclusion Auricular point sticking is effective in preventing and treating nausea and vomiting led by chemotherapy for mammary cancer.
