穴位埋线结合艾灸治疗单纯性肥胖症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察穴位埋线结合艾灸治疗单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效。方法将46例患者随机分为两组,治疗组23例在饮食控制的基础上给予穴位埋线结合艾条灸治疗,对照组23例在饮食控制的基础上单给予穴位埋线治疗。治疗结束后观察两组治疗前后的外观资料(体重、腰围、臂围、腰/臀比、体重指数、身体脂肪率%),对治疗前后的血清生化指标(甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白)进行疗效评价。结果穴位埋线结合艾灸、单纯穴位埋线均能降低单纯性肥胖症患者甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白水平,同时提高高密度脂蛋白水平,两组总有效率分别为95.7%、73.9%;说明穴位埋线结合艾灸、单纯穴位埋线都是治疗单纯性肥胖症的有效方法,但穴位埋线结合艾灸治疗的总有效率明显高于单纯穴位埋线治疗,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线结合艾灸、单纯穴位埋线都是治疗单纯性肥胖症的有效方法,但穴位埋线结合艾灸治疗单纯性肥胖症有效率明显优于单纯穴位埋线治疗。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint thread embedding plus moxibustion in treating simple obesity.Method Forty-six patients were randomized into two groups：23 subjects in the treatment group were given acupoint thread embedding plus moxibustion in addition to diet control; the other 23 subjects in the control group were given acupoint thread embedding alone in addition to diet control.The body build data,including body weight,waist circumstance （WC）,hip circumstance （HC）,waist/hip ratio （WHR）,body mass index （BMI）,and body fat rate （F％）,as well as serum biochemical indexes,including triglyceride （TG）,cholesterol （CHOL）,low density lipoprotein （LDL）,and high density lipopmtein （HDL） were observed and compared before and after intervention.Result Acupoint thread embedding alone or plus moxibustion both can down-regulate the levels of TG,CHOL,LDL,and up-regulate the level of HDL.The total effective rates were respectively 95.7％ and 73.9％ in the treatment group and control group.It indicated that the two treatment protocols both were effective in treating simple obesity,but the total effective rate of acupoint thread embedding plus moxibustion was significantly higher than that of acupoint thread embedding alone （P＜0.05）,Conclusion Acupoint thread embedding plus moxibustion,and acupoint thread embedding alone both are effective approaches for simple obesity,but the effective rate of the integrated therapy is higher than that of the single therapy.
