摘　　要：木脂素是一类由2个苯丙素单元氧化聚合而成的次生代谢产物,广泛分布在高等植物中,其多样的生物活性得到越来越多的关注。二苄基丁内酯类木脂素是一种常见的木脂素类型,据报道有抗癌、抗炎、抗氧化、抗微生物、类雌激素、杀虫、平喘和保肝等作用。本文综述了近年来二苄基丁内酯类木脂素的生物活性研究进展,为此类化合物的进一步研究和开发提供参考。Lignans, which have extensive distribution in higher plants, are a class of secondary plant metabolites derived from the oxidative dimefization of two phenylpropanoid units. Their diverse bioactivities have attracted growing attention. Dibenzylbutyrolac- tone lignans are a common subgroup of lignans reported to have anticancer, anti-inflammation, antioxidant, antimicrobial, estrogen- like, insecticidal, antiasthma and hepatoprotective activities. The progress in the studies on the biological activities of dibenzylbutyro- lactone lignans in recent years are reviewed in this paper, to providing references for further studies and products development based on this kind of compounds.
