摘  要:金缕梅科(Hamamelidaceae)檵木属(Loropetalum)植物共有4种及1变种,分布于亚洲东部的亚热带地区,其中檵木和它的变种红花檵木可作药用。檵木中分离鉴定的化学成分包括挥发油、鞣质、黄酮、木脂素类和萜类等,提取分析方法研究包括总酚、总黄酮和花色素的提取方法和黄酮类化合物的定量分析方法,生物活性研究包括抑菌、抗炎、促愈合和抗氧化等。本文对檵木和红花檵木的化学成分和生物活性研究进展进行综述,为其药用价值的进一步开发利用提供参考。There are four species and one variant in genus Loropetalum of Hamamelidaceae which distribute widely in the sub- tropical area of eastern Asia. Among them, L. chinense and L. chinense var. rubrum are traditionally used as medicinal substances. Chemical constituents isolated from these plants include volatile oil, tannins, flavonoids, lignans, terpenes, etc. Methods which have been used for extraction of total phenols, total flavonoids, and anthocyanidins, and quantitative analysis of flavonoids are summarized. The biological effects include bacteriostatic, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and wound-healing activities. The advances in studies on the chemical constituents and biological activities of L. chinense and L. chinense var. rubrum are reviewed to provide references for further researches and utilization of their medicinal value.
