住院患者医学应对方式的相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨住院患者医学应对方式特点及其与相关社会心理因素的关系。方法便利抽样法选择重庆市4所医院的511名住院患者为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、医学应对问卷(medical coping modes questionnaire,MCMQ)、症状自评量表(symptom checklist 90,SCL-90)对其进行调查,并进行相关分析。结果住院患者医学应对回避因子与受教育程度、家庭经济、心理健康因素明显相关(r=0.13、0.11、0.12,均P<0.05)。不同家庭收入患者的回避因子得分差异有统计学意义(F=2.642,P<0.05)。不同文化程度患者的回避因子得分差异有统计学意义(F=4.231,P<0.05)。不同职业患者的屈服因子得分差异有统计学意义(F=3.208,P<0.05)。结论住院患者医学应对呈现明显的社会心理特点,医护人员应多关注患者心理健康以帮助患者正确应对。Objective To investigate relationship between medical coping modes and its correlative social-psychological factors of inpatients. Methods By convenience sampling, 511 patients were selected and investigated by using Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire （MCMQ）, Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90） , and also analyzed its correlationship. Results Correlative analysis showed that the MCMQ scores were significantly correlated with the educational level, family economy, mental health status （r=0.13,0.11,0.12;P〈0.05） of inpatients. The scores of avoidance were significantly different among different family income groups（ F= 2.642, P 〈 0.05 ）. The scores of avoidance were significantly different among educational levels （F = 4.231, P〈 0.05 ）. The scores of resignation were significantly different among vocations （F=3.208,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The medical coping modes ofinpatients have significant social-psychological characteristics. In order to help them cope in a proper way, doctors and nurses are supposed to give more care to patients mental health status.
