摘 要:采用静态法评价了高温 (10 0℃ )水中几种阻垢剂的阻垢性能及其影响因素。结果表明 ,阻垢剂 2 膦酸丁烷 1,2 ,4 三羧酸 (PBTCA)明显优于多元醇膦酸酯 (PC 6 0 4)和羟基乙叉二膦酸 (HEDP) ,HEDP与PBTCA复配明显优于与PC 6 0 4复配。HEDP与PBTCA复合配方对体系 pH值、Ca2 + 和HCO-3 浓度变化有一定适应性 ,且比PBTCA经济。The efficiency and effective factors of scale inhibitors in high temperature water were studied by static scale deposition test. The results showed that the efficiency of 2-phosphinic acid tetrane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid (PBTCA) was better than that of the hydroxyl ethylidene bis-(2-ethylhexyl)phosphoric acid (HEDP) and the polybasic alcohol phosphonate ester (PC-604). The complex was more efficient when HEDP combined with PBTCA instead of PC-604. The complex of HEDP and PBTCA could be used in the system in which pH, [Ca2+] and [HCO3-] changed to some extent. The cost of complex of HEDP and PBTCA is cheaper than that of PBTCA under the same concentration.
