居民对旅游重大事件态度、支持度与期望的实证研究——以2013年常州第八届中国花博会为例

摘　　要：文章以2013年常州第八届中国花卉博览会(简称常州花博会)为例,运用问卷调查、方差分析等方法分析了常州居民对旅游重大事件所持的态度、支持度和期望状况。结果表明,居民对常州举办花博会总体而言持积极态度,认为花博会积极影响大于消极影响,会增加常州城市魅力;居民愿意支持花博会,如做志愿者,支持对游客的服务,且支持常州举办更多的重大活动;常州居民对花博会的期望主要集中在场馆保留免费开放、花博会活动的休闲性和参与性、公交专线、门票低廉等方面,对购买精美纪念品、全场一卡通等方面的期望程度最低;不同人口统计学特征的常州居民对常州花博会的态度、支持度和期望均存在一定的感知差异。Local residents are major participants in and potential tourists for mega-events. Their attitudes toward mega-events are extremely significant to the success of it. Taking Changzhou Flower Expo as a case and residents as the major research objective,the paper analyzes the attitude,support and expectation of Changzhou city residents.The results showed that residents hold a positive attitude on Changzhou Flower Expo; they believe that positive impact is greater than negative effects and Flower Expo will increase Changzhou city charm,and show willingness to support the Flower Expo,such as acting as volunteers and providing services for tourists,as well as supporting Changzhou to organize more Mega-events. Changzhou residents have higher expectations on Flower Expo,such as free access,more leisure and participation activities,more bus lanes,and cheap tickets. They have lower expectations on the purchase of souvenirs,one-pass cards. The paper makes a One – Way ANOVA analysis on the relationship between the demographic characteristics of residents and residents' attitudes,support and expectations. The results are constructive for the Flower Expo organization in how to seek better support of residents,and how to meet the demand residents.
