摘　　要：对Rietveld全谱拟合定量分析应用程序进行了移植和改编 ,使其能进行更大数据量的处理计算 ,并提供了一个更好的操作界面。在此基础上 ,对水泥熟料样品进行了物相定量分析 ,研究了影响全谱拟合定量分析结果准确性的各种因素。结果表明 ,用该法对水泥熟料矿物进行定量分析 ,具有常规X射线衍射定量分析方法无法比拟的优越性。The Rietveld full _ pattern fitting program DWB 3.2 was revised to enhance its capability for larger data quantity treatment and to provide a better interface for manipulation under Windows. Quantitative phase analysis of clinker samples was carried out by this revised Rietveld method. Factors affecting the accuracy and precision of phase analysis have been studied. Our results indicate that the Rietveld method has significant advantages over the conventional quantitative analytical method.
