摘 要:用不同浓度棉籽糖的蔗糖溶液与纯蔗糖溶液分别饲喂东方蜜蜂(Apis cerana),比较棉籽糖及其不同浓度对东方蜜蜂存活情况的影响,结果表明:对照组蜜蜂的平均寿命(6.49±0.23 d)显著高于试验组;用不同浓度的棉籽糖饲喂蜜蜂,其中在5%棉籽糖条件下,蜜蜂的平均寿命最短(2.63±0.21 d),而在1%棉籽糖条件下最长(5.01±0.19 d),二者差异显著。用5%棉籽糖饲喂蜜蜂时,其存活率下降最快,在5 d内全部死亡。Abstract: Four groups of honeybees (Apis cerana ) were fed with sucrose solutions containing different amount of raffinose and the sucrose solution respectively in order to compare their survival situation in this experiment. The results demonstrated the average longevity of the bees in the control group ( 6.49 ± 0.23 d ) was significantly higher than that in the test groups. Among the test groups, the average longevity of bees fed with 5% raffinose solution was shortest, only 2.63 ±0.21 d, while that of bees fed with 1% raffinose solution was longest, 5.01 ± 0.19 d; there was a significant difference between the two. The survival rate of bees fed with 5% raffinose solution declined fastest among the test groups with the feeding time, and all died within 5d.
