穴位按摩合常规治疗肺心病临床研究

摘　　要：目的：观察穴位按摩合西医常规治疗肺心病的临床疗效.方法：选择该病患者80例随机分为两组.对照组40例采用常规治疗,治疗组40例在常规治疗基础上加用穴位按摩,1周后评价疗效.结果：治疗组总有效率为97.50％ （95％ CI=86.72％ ～99.90％）;对照组总有效率为70.00％ （95％ CI=55.80％～82.20％）;两组综合疗效比较（u=3.0256,P=0.004 3）,差异有显著性意义.治疗组在化痰、平喘方面优于对照组（P＜0.叭、0.05）,且缩短哮鸣音、啰音消失时间（P＜0.01）,改善全血黏度比、MCV参数（P＜0.01,P＜0.05）,纠正pH、PaO2（P均＜0.01）.结论：在抗感染、对症治疗的基础上,加穴位按摩干预肺心病患者优于单纯抗感染、对症治疗的收益为,OR =0.06 （95％CI =0.01～0.49）,NNT=4 （95％ CI =2.29 ～8.83）.Objective：To observe the clinical effects of acupoint massage combined with conventional therapy of western mediciney on chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods：80 cases patients were randomly devided into two groups. 40 cases of the control group were treated in the routine way, and 40 cases of the treatment group by the conventional therapy combined with acupoint massage. After one weeks, the effects was evaluated. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 97.50% （95% CI = 86.72% - 99.90% ） ; the total effective rate of control group alone by western medicine was 70. 00% （95% CI = 55.80% -82. 20% ） ; compared the integrated efficacy of two groups （ u = 3.025 6, P = 0. 004 3 ）, the difference was statistically significant. The treatment group is better than the control group in eliminating phlegm to relieve asthma（P 〈0. 01 ,P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the disappeared time of wheeze and rales was shortened （P 〈 0. 01 ）, blood viscosity ratio and MCV parameters were improved （P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0.05 ）, pH and PaO2 were corrected （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： On the basis of anti-infection and symptomatic treatment, to treat the patients with pulmonary heart disease by combined acupoint massage was better than alone by anti-infection, the benenfit for the symptomatic treatment was OR =0. 06 （95% CI = 0.01 -0.49） , NNT=4 （95% CI =2.29 -8. 83）.
