摘　　要：以MVI56 ADM模块为自定义协议通信载体,设计了ControlLogix系统与烟叶库温湿度巡检仪整合通信的解决方案,给出了软件设计过程和梯形图代码。对ControlLogix系统的各类通信接口和第三方提供的不同通信模块的功能进行了研究。实践表明,MVI56ADM模块为ControlLogix系统与自定义协议设备之间的通信提供了高效解决方案,可靠性高、稳定性好且易于实现。With MVI56 ADM module as the communication carrier of custom protocol, the solution strategy of integrated communication between ControlLogix system and the temperature and humidity data logging device in warehouse of tobacco leaf has been designed. The software design procedures and ladder diagram codes are given. The functions of various communication interfaces of ControlLogix system, and different communication modules provided by the third parties are studied. The practice indicates that MVI56 ADM module is an efficient solution for communication between ControlLogix system and custom protocol devices, the system is highly reliable and stable, and easy to be implemented.
