摘 要:系统地论述了高频环节DC/AC变换技术、高频环节AC/DC变换技术和高频环节AC/AC变换技术的发展与现状,给出了电路结构、拓扑实例、控制策略与特点。用高频变压器替代低频环节电力电子变换器中的工频变压器,有效克服了低频环节电力电子变换器存在的体积与重量大、变压器铜铁用量大、音频噪音大、成本高等缺陷,以及非隔离型电力电子变换器存在的输出与输入无隔离、电压传输比小、电磁干扰(EMI)严重、用电安全性弱等缺陷,显著提高了变流器特性。随着铜、铁原材料和能源的日益紧张及其价格的急剧增长,高频环节电力电子变换技术越来越展现出其独特优势,在电力、通讯、航空等传统领域和新能源发电、智能电网等新兴领域均具有重要的应用价值。The development and present states of the high frequency link' s (HFL' s) DC/AC conversion technology, HFL's AC/DC conversion technology and HFL's AC/AC conversion technology are systematically presented,and the circuit configuration, circuit topology example, control strategy and characteristics are given in this paper.The line frequency transformer in the power electronic converter with low frequency link is replaced with the high frequency transformer, which can effectively overcome the defects of large size and weight,big amount of copper and iron of the transformer, large noise, and high cost that exist in the power electronic converter with low frequency link and the defects of non- isolation between input and output, small voltage transfer ratio, serious electromagnetic interference (EMI), and weak electrical safety that exist in the non-isolated power electronic converter,and also can significantly improve the characteristics of the power electronic converter.With the increasing tension in the copper,iron raw materials and energy resources and their rapid growth prices, the power electronic conversion technology with high frequency link increasingly shows a unique advantage and has important application value in the traditional industry areas such as electric power, telecommunications, aviation and in the emerging areas such as new energy generating, smart grid, etc.
