摘 要:提出了三相Boost型高频环节并网逆变器的电路拓扑。该拓扑由高频全桥逆变器、高频变压器(HT)和矩阵变换器(MC)组成。MC开关为双向开关,由2只n沟道MOSFET按共源极方式串联而成。针对输入为高频交流电流脉冲的MC提出了基于电流空间矢量的数字控制策略,分析了一个开关周期内的各工作模态;研究了变换器的工作原理和稳定性。通过一台300 VA的实验样机对变换器结构和控制策略进行了验证。A three-phase Boost-type grid-connected inverter with high frequency link is proposed.The configuration consists of a high frequency full-bridge inverter and a high frequency transformer(HT) followed by a matrix converter (MC) ,whose switch is composed of anti-series connected MOSFETs with a common source.The digital control strategy based on current space vector modulation for the MC is also proposed although its input is a high frequency AC current pulse.The equivalent working modes during one interval are presented.The operation principle and stability of the proposed control strategy are both analyzed.The proposed power architecture and the effectiveness of the control strategy are validated by experimental results on a 300 VA prototype.
