摘　　要：针对某燃料运输有限公司燃煤运输车辆的管理现状,以GPS、GPRS、GIS和数据库等技术为支撑,对该燃料运输有限公司的燃运车辆监控管理需求做了细致的分析,提出燃运车辆GPS监控系统总体设计方案,实现了燃运车辆GPS监控系统,包括车辆管理、驾驶员管理和在途运输监控等功能。This paper studies the management status of vehicles in a fuel transport company , thoroughly analyzes the requirement of the fuel transport vehicle monitoring system based on GPS , GPRS and database technologies. This dissertation puts forward the overall design plan for the fuel transport vehicle GPS monitoring system , designs fuel transport vehicle monitoring system and achieves the fuel transport vehicle GPS monitoring system, which include vehicle management, drivers management, transit transport monitoring.
