摘 要:为了提高圆筒型永磁直线电机在高速加工中心、精密磨床等应用场合的伺服驱动性能,基于Ansoft软件分别对影响圆筒型永磁直线电机运行性能的边端力和齿槽力进行了分析。推导了初级铁心长度和边端力的解析关系式,得出了最优的初级长度,通过有限元仿真证明了所得结论的正确性。针对旋转电机中采用均匀分布辅助槽来削弱齿槽转矩的方法进行了深入的分析,重点研究了辅助槽尺寸对永磁直线电机齿槽力的影响。最后对电机磁阻力进行了分析并通过有限元仿真证明了所采用方法的有效性。所得结论可为直线电机的设计提供一定的理论指导。In order to improve the servo drive performance of tubular permanent magnet linear synchronous motors(PMLSM) in applications such as high speed machining center and precision grinder ,the end force and cogging force which affect the operating performance of the tubular PMLSM were analysed respectively based on Ansoft software. By deducing the expression between the length of primary armature core and the end force, the optimal length of armature core was carried out, the correctness of the conclusions was proved through the finite element simulition. The theory of using uniform distribution auxiliary slots in rotary motors to reduce cogging torque was studied in depth, the effect of auxiliary slots size on the cogging force of permanent magnet linear motors was studied. Finally the detent force of the motor was studied and the effectiveness of these methods were verified by finite element method. The conclusions can provide some theoretical guidance for the analysis and design of linear motors.
