摘  要:为提高油气站库安全技术管理水平,根据油气站库可燃气体浓度分布情况,设计了计算机可燃气体远程监测与报警系统。该系统采用分布式模块化设计,利用RS-485总线实现模块之间连接。中心监测开发软件采用组态软件,现场可燃气体的检测采用模拟ADAM 4017模块通信协议的可燃气体监测报警器,人工巡检模块采用ADAM 4052光电隔离型数字量输入模块,解决了中心主机的组态软件与各模块间的通信协议问题,实现了中心主机与模块的远程通信。该系统具有油气站库各检测点可燃气体浓度实时处理和人工巡检信息的自动存档及网络传输等功能。当可燃气体浓度超限时采用具体位置图标闪烁及语音报警,便于油气泄漏的及时处理,预防事故发生。In order to raise safe and technical management level in oil and gas stations and depots, designed is a set of programmed flammable gas centralized safety monitoring system according to concentration distribution of flammable gas in oil and gas stations and depots. Distributed modules are adopted in the system and RS-485 field bus is used to connect each module. Used is configuration software as center monitoring development software, adopted is flammable gas alarm of self-developed simulation ADAM 4017 module communication protocol for flammable gas detection and applied is ADAM 4052 digital input module for manual tour-inspection, which can realize remote communication between center host computer and modules. The system has such function as real-time treatment of flammable gas concentration at each test point in oil and gas stations and depots and autoarchivering and network transmission of manual tourinspection information. If flammable gas concentration exceeds relative limit, location icons will flash and send voice alarm signals so as to dispose oil and gas leakage in time and prevent any accident.
