摘　　要：对比分析了5种不同种类与用量的润滑剂在直接无捻粗纱生产中的应用,通过对直接无捻粗纱拉伸断裂强度、毛羽量、纱高性能的评价,确定了润滑剂的干湿润滑倾向,讨论了复合润滑体系在直接无捻粗纱生产上选用的基本规律及其对产品性能的影响。Five different types of lubricants and their dosages used in the manufacturing process of direct rovings were compared and analyzed. By evaluating the tensile strength, fuzz amount and radial length of the direct rovings, the dry or wet lubrication tendency was determined. The basic rules for choosing compound lubrication systems for manufacturing direct rovings and their effects on product properties are discussed in this paper.
