摘  要:三维变截面辊弯成形是一种新兴成形工艺,可生产不同截面形状的产品,对汽车轻量化发挥重要作用。为探索其成形机理和变形特征,文章建立了6道次的三维变截面辊弯成形生产线有限元模型,对汽车B柱下部加强板的成形过程进行分析。从仿真结果中提取等效应力、等效塑性应变、板料厚度及成形截面等参数,并通过实验进行研究对比。结果表明,仿真数据与实验结果高度一致,说明所建立的仿真模型能够为产品的大批量生产提供有效理论支撑。Three dimensional flexible roll forming is a new forming process which can produce parts with variable cross sections, and plays an important role in the weight reduction of automobiles. To further understand this forming process, the FE model of six-step flexible roll forming of a B-pillar is established. The equivalent stress, the equivalent plastic strain, the sheet thickness and others are extracted from simulation results and compared with the experimental results to analyze the mechanism and the de- formation characteristics of the flexible roll forming. The agreement of the simulation data and the experimental results is verified by the tests, which shows the FE model can provide effective theoretical support for mass production and satisfactory prediction methods.
