摘  要:基于ABAQUS有限元软件建立热力耦合分析模型,利用锥形热源模型对拼焊板激光焊接进行模拟,分析得出拼焊板激光焊接过程中温度场、应力场以及焊后残余应力场的分布规律;基于有限元模型,进行单向拉伸模拟并分析卸载后残余应力变化规律,通过解析模型对焊后拼焊板单向拉伸试件宏观拉伸力进行分析;在不同工艺参数下,结合数值模拟与实验对焊接质量进行研究,得出合理工艺参数范围,为后续分析拼焊板材料性能波动、拼焊板焊接实验及拼焊板自由弯曲回弹控制奠定了基础。The thermal-mechanical coupled finite element model is built based on ABAQUS software . In the finite element model , the welding process for tailor welded blanks (TWBs) is simulated using conical heat source model . The distributions of tempera-ture field ,stress field and the welding residual stress field are obtained by finite element analysis .The residual stress distribution is obtained from uniaxial tensile test simulation . The macroscopic loading force through the analytical model of uniaxial tensile specimen analysis of the welded tailored blanks is obtained . Using different process parameters , the reasonable process parame-ters are determined combining the numerical simulation law and the welding experiment .Current work is a base for subsequent a-nalysis of TWBs material properties fluctuations and TWBs air bending springback control .
