摘 要:"分步浮选"工艺对于回收东鞍山烧结厂含碳酸盐难选铁矿石效果明显,但是该工艺第一步正浮选获得的含菱铁矿中矿铁品位在40%左右,仍有很高的回收价值,不宜直接抛尾。通过研究该中矿的工艺矿物学特性,采用阴离子反浮选工艺对其进行回收处理。通过试验确定了阴离子反浮选的主要适宜浮选条件,最终所得浮选精矿产品的铁品位和回收率分别达到了56.20%、57.10%,SiO_2含量为8.14%,满足了工业利用要求。Donganshan refractory carbonaceous iron ore can be processed effectively by step-by-step flotation. But the middlings containing siderite obtained from the first step flotation with iron grade around 40% is still worth- while to recover. Based on the results of process mineralogy study on the middlings, the siderite in the middlings can be recycled by anionic reverse flotation process. Through condition tests on anionic reverse flotation of mid- dlings containing siderite, suitable flotation conditions were found, under which an iron concentrate with grade of 56.20% and recovery of 57. 10% was gained, its content of SiO2 being 8.14%. The concentrate can meet the re- quirements of industry application.
