摘　　要：DGL600N型机械式冷再生机在施工过程中出现因张紧轮位置下降(张紧液压缸掉缸),皮带打滑而无法工作的故障,检查发现皮带松弛,磨损严重。在车辆非工作状态和工作状态下测试皮带张紧力,通过计算,得出张紧液压缸的工作压力偏小,不能满足皮带张紧要求。根据计算结果,将张紧液压缸工作压力调整到4.5 MPa,张紧轮位置下降(张紧液压缸掉缸),皮带打滑现象消除。介绍张紧液压缸工作压力的计算方法和调整措施。How to remedy slipping conveyors at a recycling site.A case existing that a DGL600N mechanical conveyor for pavement recycling was found with lowered tension wheels(the cylinder did not operate) resulted in slipping,loose,and worn belts,which was checked,tested,computed,and identified at idle time before detecting the main cause(broken-down tensioning cylinders and the resultant worn belt).The pressure was readjusted to4.5 MPa for the hydraulic cylinder to meet the tension requirements,thus eliminate slipping at the conveyor belt.
