摘 要:目的探讨UF-500i尿沉渣分析仪与显微镜联合检测尿中管型的临床应用价值。方法收集300份尿标本用UF-500i尿沉渣分析仪和显微镜分别计数尿中管型,并将结果进行对比分析。结果300份标本中UF-500i尿沉渣分析仪检测管型阳性98例(32.67%),显微镜检测管型阳性51例(17%)。UF-500i尿沉渣分析仪检测法与显微镜检测法比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),以镜检法为标准,UF-500i尿沉渣分析仪假阳性率15.67%。结论 UF-500i尿沉渣分析仪检测尿中的管型有很高的敏感性,但是特异性不强,多种因素可以影响UF-500i尿沉渣分析仪对尿管型的检测结果,UF-500i尿沉渣分析仪检测尿管型只能作为一种初筛方法,应联合应用显微镜检查尿沉渣可提高管型检测的准确率,为临床提供确实可靠的信息。Objective To investigate the symphysial application value of the UF-500i automated urine analyzer and urine sediment microscope in the examination of urine casts. Methods 300 urine samples were tested for urine cast by both UF-500i and microscope, and compared the results. Results 98(32.67% ) in 300 samples were diagnosis as cast by using UF-500i, however, 51 (17%) samples were diagnosis as cast positive by using microscope. The positive rate of the two methods were significantly different from each other (P 〈 O. 05 ). Set microscopic examination as the standard, the false positive rate of UF-500i urine sediment analyzer was 15.67%. Conclusions UF-500i urinary sediment analyzer was sensitive in urine casts detection, but the specificity is not strong. Many factors can affect the results of UF-500i urine analyzer, so it could only be used as a preliminary screening method, combined with microscopic examination might improve the accuracy rate of urine casts detection.
