肺癌术后患者实施系统早期康复训练的护理效果

摘　　要：目的探讨实施系统早期康复训练对肺癌手术患者的效果作用。方法将100例肺癌手术患者按入院顺序先后随机分为干预组和对照组各50例,对照组患者手术后给予常规护理,包括心理疏导、鼓励早期活动、胸管护理等。干预组患者在常规护理的基础上实施早期系统康复训练,包括呼吸功能训练、有效咳痰及早期活动,观察两组患者术后肺活量、潮气量情况;记录两组患者并发症的发生情况、术后监护时间及住院时间。结果干预组患者通过实施系统早期康复训练后,肺活量、潮气量较对照组明显提高,并发症发生率较对照组明显减少,监护时间及住院时间较对照组明显缩短,两者比较(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论对肺癌手术患者实施系统早期康复训练,有利于患者术后的康复,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of implementing early system rehabilitation training tbr patients with lung cancer. Methods 100 cases of patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into intervention group and control group according to single and double number, and each group was 50 cases. The patients in control group were received routine nursing after surgery, including psychological counseling, encouraging early activity, chest tube nursing and so on. The patients in intervention group were implemented early system rehabilitation training on the basis of routine nursing, including respiratory function training, effectively sputum and early activities. Observed lung capacity and tidal volume of the two groups after surgery; recorded the incidence of complications, postoperative care time and hospital time. Results The lung capacity and tidal volume in intervention group obviously improved after patients were implemented early system rehabilitation training, the incidence of complications obviously reduced and care time and hospital time obviously shortened comparing with control group. Compared with both （ p 〈 0. 05 ）, the differences were significant. Conclusions Implementing early system rehabilitation training for patients with lung cancer will be benefit to the rehabilitation of postoperative patients and improve the quality of life.
