摘 要:作为三角闸门的主要承重和支撑部件,门枢对闸门的正常运转起着重要作用.受工作环境等方面的影响,底枢又是门枢中较易损坏的部件.如何更为准确地计算出门枢应力成为一个复杂的问题.文章以泰州引江河船闸下游三角闸门为例,综合考虑重力、浮力、水压等主要因素,并结合有限元分析软件Workbench,计算出底枢部件的应力、变形等,为后期的设计和闸门日常维护提供了重要依据.Hinge, a main bearing and supporting component of the triangular gate, plays an important role in operation of the gate. Being influenced by the work environment, bottom pintle is a more easily damaged than others. So it is an impending problem to how to calculate out the stress of the bottom pintle accurately. We take the downstream triangular gate of shiplock at the Yinjiang River in Taizhou for example, in comprehen- sive consideration of main factors such as gravity, buoyancy and water pressure, and by using the finite element analysis software Workbench, we calculate out the total deformation and stress of bottom pintle, so as to provide an important basis for later design and daily maintenance of the gate.
