摘　　要：管线保温层关系到石化企业的安全生产和节能效益。依据管线的保温层改造计算公式、结合设备管线的具体结构,可在原来管线保温层的基础上,进行保温层的结构改造。大幅度的降低管线表面散热损失,节能效果显著。Pipeline insulating layeconcerns the safproduction and energy-saving benefit. According to calculation formula for pipeline insulating layer modification,combining with the specific structure of equipment pipelines,structural modification of insulating layer can be made on the basis of the original pipeline insulating layer. The pipeline surface heat loss is reduced greatly and energy-saving effect is significant.
