摘　　要：目的:评价多层螺旋CT(Multi-slice spiral CT,简称为MSCT)血管造影在主动脉夹层(Aortic dissection,简称为AD)诊断中的临床应用。方法:对20例AD患者用多层螺旋CT平扫及增强的技术参数及影像后处理方法。结果:MSCT血管成像能清楚显示主动脉夹层病变及复杂的解剖关系,如血管双腔、内膜片、累及范围等。结论:MSCT血管成像是主动脉夹层确诊的主要方法之一。Objective：To evaluate the clinical application of multi-slice spiral CT（MSCT） angiography in diagnosis of aortic dissection（AD）.Methods：20 patients＇ images had been dealt with CT scan,CT enhance and image reprocessing.Results：MSCT angiography could display clearly AD＇s pathological changes and complicate relations of anatomy,such as vessel dual-chamber,intimal flap,involving scope and so on.Conclusions：MSCT angiography is one of the vital methods in the diagnosis of AD.
