注射用灯盏花素联合厄贝沙坦片治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察注射用灯盏花素联合厄贝沙坦片治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将86例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组43例。对照组患者给予糖尿病常规治疗方案+厄贝沙坦片(150mg/d),治疗组患者在对照组用药基础上加用注射用灯盏花素(20mg)+0.9%氯化钠注射液250ml(静脉滴注,1次/d)。两组患者均连续用药4周。结果:治疗组患者治疗总有效率为90.70%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为67.44%,有显著性差异,P<0.01。结论:注射用灯盏花素联合厄贝沙坦片治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床疗效确切。Objective：To observe effects of Breviscapine injection and Irbesartan tablets on early diabetic nephropathy.Methods：86 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were divided randomly into treatment group and control group,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy for diabetes plus Irbesartan tablets（150mg/d）,while the treatment group was treated with Breviscapine injection（20mg） ＋ 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250ml（ivgtt,1/d） on the basis of Irbesartan tablets and the conventional therapy for diabetes.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks.Results：The total effective rates of treatment group and the control group were 90.70% and 67.44%,and there was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusions：Breviscapine injection combined with Irbesartan tablets is effective in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.
