摘  要:研究马铃薯茎叶中添加甲酸(0、2、4、6mL/kg鲜重),袋装青贮发酵45d,对青贮品质的影响。结果表明:龙葵素含量显著低于对照。65%水分时,pH值显著(P<0.05)低于对照,且为最低;粗蛋白含量较高。甲酸处理均能降低pH值、乙酸、氨态氮、龙葵素,增加乳酸含量,丁酸较少产生或未产生。酸性洗涤纤维和中性洗涤纤维含量明显(P<0.05)低于对照,且显著(P<0.05)提高了可溶性糖含量。因此,马铃薯茎叶不宜直接做青贮发酵饲料;添加甲酸可使马铃薯茎叶进行青贮发酵;发酵效果以马铃薯茎叶水分65%和甲酸添加量为1.5%FM处理组合最佳。Research the impact on the potato stems and leaves silage quality of different moisture content( 75%,65%,55%) and formic acid proportion of( 0,0.5,1.0,1.5),after 45d of bagged fermentation.The results show that : Solanine content were significantly lower than the control( P 〈0.05).when moisture content is65%,pH values were significantly( P 〈 0.05) lower than the control,and is the lowest; CP content is higher.Formic acid could reduced pH value,AA AN,solanine,increased LA content,BA produced less or no during the process.NDF and ADF content significantly( P 0.05) lower than control,WSC content increased significantly( P 〈0.05).Therefore,Potato stems and leaves should not be directly fermented as silage forage;After adding formic acid potato stems and leaves can be fermentation; The best fermentation effect is the treatment combination of 65% moisture and formic acid dosage 1.5%.
