摘 要:工程背景基于福州市连江县通港大道一期软基处理路段,在掌握场地地形地质条件、工程设计要求的情况下,对软基处理方法的适用范围进行比较,拟定采用高压旋喷桩法处理下穿软基路段。为了使旋喷桩设计满足要求,采用理论试算与现场试桩相结合的方法来确定最佳施工参数。通过对静载试验、抗压强度检测结果与理论计算值的比较,得出加固后路基承载力和路基沉降均满足设计要求,验证了高压旋喷方案的可行性,可为类似工程提供借鉴。Engineering background is based on the first phase of Fujian Lianjiang Tonggang Road's soft founda-tion treatment section. Under the circumstance of mastering topography and geology conditions and design re-quirements of the project, the applicability of soft ground treatment methods are compared and then high pres-sure jet grouting pile method is studied out to process the under-cross soft foundation road section. In order to make the rotary jet grouting pile design to meet the requirements, the method of combining theory calculation with field test piles is adopted to determine the optimal construction parameters. Through comparing the out-come of static load test and compressive strength detection with the value of theoretical calculation, it can be concluded that subgrade bearing capacity and subgrade settlement are both satisfied with design requirements after strengthening. Besides that, it is verified that high pressure jet grouting scheme to the project is feasible and can provide reference for similar engineering.
